Thaden Coventry Sallet for sale on eBay

Post by Bob H »

NOTE 11/02/03: Relisted at lower minimum at

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2200704003

It's sweet. I'm changing my focus to a supporting role instead of combatant, and don't need this. No rust, no dents or even scratches. I can't find the pictures I had of the original helmet that Patrick used as a model, but a Google search for Coventry Sallet or Coventry Chapel should get you to pictures. I really hate to sell it, but I can't see myself doing a military impression in the future.

Having seen this sallet personally, I can say it is a fine piece of work.

Must not bid, must not bid......

I have to agree with Edric. The pics do not do it justice.

Here's a couple of better pictures, they're pretty big, though.
