My armor on ebay

Post by Stephen »

I am selling my 16 G mild armor all by same armourer with his mark. All in great shape! I am switching to stainless. I need to recoup a bit to send first payment to my armourer. ;-)

A great armourer out of Rome Georgia named Lewis Moore. He does armour on the side. He does very clean crisp work. to size and persons wishes. LMoore3168@aol.com is his email. He will send you a few pics of the armour he makes. Just to let you know I made no money on the sale of the armour I sold on ebay. I just wanted to put it all back into a stainless kit from Lewis. I do know it is not to bright on my side but I really do not like "making a killing" on resale of armour. If it was my profession I would, dont get me wrong. I just feel if we all made what we have into armour when we sell it to fellow armour junkies we all would fare better. " T'is a dream I have "

Well guys, I went to teh post office to get teh shipping. One is going to Ohio and one to Illinois. The shipping was the same. That was weird. The only difference is one had more insurance then the others. The shipping was $13.65. So you guys just send $10.00. I will pay the $3.65 . I wish I could give more of an archiver discount. :-)

As a side note-My wife did love the arms, she slipped into her gambeson and wore them the majority of the day Image
They were also the first thing she told people about when people asked her what she got for Christmas.

Reminds me of the time I was putting a helm liner in my pembridge wearing a pair of shorts and a tank top. I was watching Ivanhoe with the helm on my head adjusting the fit and my wife came in the living room. Took alot of convincing that I had not "lost it" ;-) I am very happy your wife likes the arms. Bring on the pics!
