I had purchased Matt's tutorials on various armour construction.

Unfortunately, I did not keep them on a disc/flash drive.

I had a crash, and Matt graciously sent me new files.

I too have had nothing but positive experience when ordering from Matt - my first order was placed over a decade ago and I recently bought some more stuff. :-)
