Good book on Central Asian armour?

Post by Fearghus Macildubh »

Greetings all,
What are some good books for Central Asian armour? I have Nicolle's Crusading Era book for the East, and some of the Osprey stuff, but is there something that is a must have? The Central Asian equivalent of AAOTMK, you know something with pretty pictures.
Slainte,

I second Robinson's book - it's a general overview, so not as thorough as one may hope, but it is the best starting point. And it has lots of nice pictures.
