Hi,

Does someone have recent news about
The Armory of Westlig Stjerne? I haven't
got responses to my last few e-mails and
I was just wondering if maybe they could
have computer problems or something...?

If you're worried phone them.

Yes they have troubles with their e-mail from time to time.

They also recieve a LOT of e-mail. So sometimes it's just a matter of it taking a day or two before they manage to get to yours.

Seriously though phone them that's why the number is on the site. It's what Olaf preferrs too.

if i have it right olaf doesnt care for the computer and as a result i think his daughter does most of that, but give him a call, he's a great guy and he will talk your ear off given half a chance. i just ordered a third pair of his gauntlets and a set of his legs and had no problem.

I just ordered custom Knee cops for a 25" Knee

) Yeah i sent the order in by phone. They have great customer service. They love Mad Matt

and i only had to pay 40$ for it plust 7.50$ for shipping. Also its free to call. I just sent my Money Order out there today. Thanks Mad Matt for referring to them.

We're alive and well and REALLY busy...sorry if someone's email has taken a while to respond to, but all of us here build armor and the 'clerical' bit (handled by my wife Thorfinna, BTW) sometimes has to wait on the armor. We get to the emails as quickly as we can and appreciate your patience.

mik, if you send another email that goes unanswered, please give us a call - we do have ISP troubles from time to time. Alexi, we haven't forgotten about you, either, so please get in touch.

I've got a klapvisor basinet that's supposed to be started this month *wink, wink* and I hadn't heard from them yet

is no problem, I was just inquiring because
I know about computer problems (my job is
to get them back on their feet :-)

and
since you usually reply within a few day I
tought your system might have been down.

I would really like to call, but the fees
from Canada are a little high, and most
of all my english is far better in written
then spoken :-)

After all my primary language is french... So it might be a little hard to understand each other :-(

I know you are very busy, that's ok, I am
just eager to get the new pieces, as everyone
else :-)

Olaf's hard to understand if english is your first language. He's got a STRONG southern accent.

As far as long distance charges go does toll free mean anything to you. The numbers on the site are toll free. Actually I know for sure the one that's now on the allmain site is. They took the original number is now on the allmain site and there's a new one on the Westlig Stjerne site so I don't know if it's toll free or not.

But it's definitly true. If you do call make sure you've got about at least a half hour free for the call. Olaf likes to talk. So does Thorfinna but she's not quite as bad. Course they're really fun to talk to though so it just means be ready to talk a little while.

Mik where do you live? You are invited to the Ontario armourers gathering. Not sure where in Quebec you are but it's about a 5 hour drive to my place from Montreal.
