That's what the pile of CO2 cylinders were for and why we needed Alexis' cutting torch :D . I'll set one aside for you since I still have a couple cylinders that weren't cut. How much cylinder section do you want left on? We cut most at ~1-1.5 ft and they weighed 15-20 lbs.

Thanks Hal!

Did anyone get pictures of the hot forge, orange glowing armour pieces, and the quenching? THAT was awesome.

I'm looking for a plastic-headed hammer like the yellow one everyone liked so much at the armour-in. Anyone have an online source?

Edit: Found it at http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=1545&itemType=PRODUCT&iMainCat=489&iSubCat=492&iProductID=1545!

Maelgwyn (maal' - gwin) see, I remembered!

Are you missing a blue chair and some wax?

I have video of Hal doing the raising, but not of the heat treating. The guy that came with Alexis (can't remember his name off hand) had the HDPE stock that was for sale/trade.

The blue chair isn't mine but I did leave a can of wax...I'll come back and get it when I have some gauntlets ready for hardening. :D
