I wanted to run this by everyone else. My own gear should be completed sometime shortly or during gulf wars. So I am going to need to plan around fighting , job, and working out at the gym. My main concern is overdoing it.
monday morning: chest/back/abs
monday evening: cardio
tuesday morning: lower body
tuesday evening: fighter practice
wednes morning: biceps/triceps/shoulders
wednes evening: fighter practice
thurs morning: chest/back/abs
thurs evening: cardio
friday morning: lower body
friday evening: rest
saturday mornig: biceps/triceps/shoulders
saturday evening: rest
sunday: fighter practice
If I feel like I am getting too worn out, I may take a week off of the gym but continue the fighter practice. Thoughts?
