Always love seein' your work Adam.

On a side note I went to a new practice this last weekend.. As I was unloading my armour bag everyone gathered round to look at my helm you made for me.

Still can never thank you enough for that.

How are the cuirasses sized, Adam? How much are you asking? Probably won't fit me, but hope springs eternal. Pics for me, please!

I am buying a pair of Jorvik boots at GW, but then I am back to trying to save for a set of plates.

Ditto here. I am building my whole kit around that helm.

Broinnfinn, the lamella with the red ptreuges was made with a female fighter in mind, its smaller than my usual ones.
I will come up with a pic, but if you go to the body armour section on my site it looks alot like the one shown, only the leather is red.
Ill come up with a pic, a price and a measurement for you asap

the non red lamella is a used item, but "used" does not describe it well, i wore it once, my friend Dave wore it once, it fit me, 50 in chest with my cote, and it fit Dave who might be a 44 in his cote.
It can be seen here http://www.whitemountainarmoury.com/RS1.jpg

No idea on the bazubands, im just to far behind to get to them.
The pattern is in the archive and several people are making them, you should be able to find someone to take care of you

Adam,

got to agree with everyone here, I just recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary with with White Mountain hat and I've completely changed my entire kit based around that helmet.

I went from generic-14th-century-early-SCA to a 13th century Norman fighting in hidden arms & legs and chainmail (ok the chainmail is aluminum but it's just for show). Now I just need to make myself a new gambeson that fits over my arm harness so I can stop wearing a tunic between the gambeson and chainmail and get myself some new footwear. I've even started a few clothing projects to make myself some clothing from the period as well, your helmet has taken me for SCA to attempting to be a reenactor!

And I still get complements every tourney I fight in!

thanks again

Adam,

Received the red-laced cuirass safe and sound. It was waiting for me this morning when I got to work. Perfect timing!

I will post pics when I get the chance to put it on.
