I had no problems using the supplied address at 3:40 PM CDT on 8/3.

Maybe it was down, and is now back up?

well damn, whats wrong with my server then. i tried at my parents house and i tried at my house. still wont load. ive used both netscape and explorer hmmmmmmm

Try going through safeweb (www.safeweb.com), very useful for times like that and for hiding your IP address from places you're surfing. ;-)
