Most useful solo training drill

Post by freiman the minstrel »

IN keeping with the "best such and such" theme that we have had on the archive for a while, I would like to ask everyone what they feel in the most useful solo training drill. Is there some sort of Kata or form that you like? Is there some sort of particular form of slow work you use?

If so, please let us know about it.

More videos are on their way, but probably not this month...
