Could someone do me a huge favour and translte a tiny bit of text for me. it's in russian from that russian armour site. thank you for helping me out yet again :roll:
what does the bit inside the rectangle say. i can't figure out why the rectangle is there.

The rectangle is for the back of the helmet (it says "back part").

It's the tail part of the armet. Look at sinric's pattern here in the archive for help on that.

I did wonder where that tail had got to. thanks everyboby for that help. it looks like something nice and simple for me to do when i get my steel. I'm going to make the skull out of 10 or12g i'm not sure what it is yet. the visor and sides are going to be 18g cos' i'm strapped for cash at the moment.

I was thinking of making a tutorial out of it. lots of pics and info and such. if anyone wants me to just say

There are fairly detailed instructions on the site for making this armet.. in Russian, of course.

i think i'm going to go with Sinrics patterns because it is easier for me to read Engliah rather than Russian. sorry about that folks. thanks especially to Dmitry for the translation.
