two gear reducers - perfect for making a rotary tumbler

Post by polarbearforge »

I have two gear reducers that have been taking up space in my shop that I want to get to a good home where they will be used. They both are are in good shape and work well. Neither of them has a motor on it, so a motor with a 56c face and a 5/8" shaft would be needed. It wouldn't be difficult to build a large rotary tumbler using this as a power source. If I needed one, that's what I would use them for. If I can't find a home for them here, they will probably go to ebay.

There is <A HRef="http://www.polarbearforge.com/ebay/large_gear_reducer.jpg">a large one</a> and <a Href="http://www.polarbearforge.com/ebay/large_gear_reducer_2.jpg">it's plate</a>. This one has two output shafts, and an output torque rating of 1250. The ratio on this one is 50:1.

And <a href="http://www.polarbearforge.com/ebay/small_gear_reducer.jpg"> a smaller one</a> and <a Href="http://www.polarbearforge.com/ebay/small_gear_reducer_2.jpg">it's plate</a>. This one has one output shaft with an output torque rating of 653. The ratio is 60:1.

The price for the larger one is $60, and the smaller one is $40. Shipping will be actual UPS shipping cost. I can take checks, credit cards, or money orders for this.

Any questions, please feel free to email or pm me.
