Selling Beutiful Roman Praetorian Style helm

Post by GuntherofOrkney »

Being somewhat of an armor snob it is time for me to sell my Praetorian helmet and make another Sweet Corinthian.

Its basically a Roman praetorian helmet with a nasal built into the brow plate. It is stainlesssteel and i have been wearing it in SCA tournaments and wars for the last 2 years without any damage besides very small scratches. It also features a locking cheek design with a pin in the front to secure it in place. The helm also comes with a white and black striped Mohawk.

Here is a video of me using the helm in a tournament.

I have a couple pics of the helm but I need to post them somewhere first.

I would like to get $500.00 for this helmet. (Figure on adding $20.00 for shipping please)

Actually i can make a mohawk for you,i make everything I wear except the clothes.
I have a few mohawks ready for sale as is. I have white red black and yellow hair so any combination of those colors or single colors is fine too. I am selling the ones i have currently for $120.00 each which its about $60.00 in material and near 8 hours of work.

I would be interested in pics, and possibly the helm thereafter. What size head do you have...I have a 24.5ish inch melon myself.

Thanks,
