Where can I find a raising hammer (what is the true name of this hammer?)

You can buy them, don't be offended, obviously from tool suppliers.

Like Peddinghause or Centaur etc.

well here in Quebec, Canada those hammers are hard to find

Look for the places where professionals buy their tools, don't bother with the hobby-tool places. Visit one of those places and bring the picture of your hammer, I'm pretty sure they can either order it for you, or tell you where you can get one.

Or make one of those hammers yourself. It's only the striking area which is important. Regrind a regular hammer to the desired shape.

Here is a link to hammers. They are basically the same hammer as the one on ebay but less expensive.
