Bevor questions.

Post by Mad Matt »

Ok well I'm about half finished grinding the welds down on my first sallet(ish) helmet and now I'm thinking that a bevor(ish) thing would be nice to have to go with it.

My questions are. Is it going to be a total impossibility to make one without welding it or dooin any kind of fancy hot raising.

Any patterns around anywhere either welded or one piece? I didn't see any on the pattern archive.

If you don't like welding....rivets work too.

Wow thanks guys I'd pretty much assumed it was an impossibility.

Anyway I actually really like welding I just don't have a welder or have access to one.

RHenk and Alan thanks a lot those are great now I've just gotta figure out which to try.

Hmmm. Exchange pieces? (no I'm not asking about exchange pieces for pauldrons or other areas I'm thinking outloud about making all the bevor types you guys generously provided)
