Heavy fighters in San Angelo,Abilene area

Post by wbf »

Greetings and salutations,
Well i was wondering how many heavy fighters on this board reside in the above mentioned area..I am looking for people to train with or to fight..I dont have my armour yet i am just wondering since my local group, Abilene, only has one heavy fighter..I figured some pratice fighting other people would be a good learning experiance..But i was just wondering if,here in a few weeks, someone would be interested in beating the hell outta me for a few rounds.Plus to give me some pointers on tips, weapon form, footwork, etc...

Thanks

If you're talking SCA here, I'll make sure Sir Aaron sees this message. He's in your area.

There's a slim possibility that I may soon be moving to Abilene, Texas.

Send me an e-mail ( or PM) with contact information and I will get some local fighters to get in touch with you.

I sent Earl Aaron the link, but I don't think it went through. Will send it to him again now. PM me if you don't have any luck and I'll drag him out by the ear.

San Angelo area

I'm in the San Angelo/Trelac area. M_Geisendorff@yahoo.com or 325-655-9075. I'd be more than happy to have another heavy fighter around to fight with, teach, and learn from.

I'm glad to see there are people in/near Abilene interested in fighting. I'll have to bring my armour next time I come back to visit.

Gaston comes from the Bellatrix Lineage of Knights. He is a Close freind of Paul and Brain Price. He loves to play with period fighting style I33. If you have a Buckler and sword he would love to play. Also a realy great source for armor and ideas.

Of course I have a buckler and sword... heck I have TWO bucklers... just in case someone wants to borrow one to play with...

I'll look him up next time we're at the same event...
