You will find most have a 23 1/2 to 24 inch head to be tha average, the seconed groop will be the 23 to 23 1/2 inch groop. Women tend to be from 22 to 23 and there are still alot of bigboys who have 24 1/4 and better. The biggest I ever built a helm for was a person with a 27 inch head and we could put it over a standard size helm. It was sorta like for us, a kid trying on his daddies helmet. LOL
