Site Request: Spangenhelms w/Hammers

Post by Warpiper »

Once upon a time I ran across an armourer who made spangenhelms with really cool looking Thor's Hammers for the nose piece. Now I can't find that site to save my butt. Anyone have it per chance? Thanks!

This one? http://clang.adkinssoftware.com/helm%20 ... %2001.html
This helmet is designed after the helmet of a Vendel chieftan. The example shown has a simplified spangenhelm skull and a client-requested nasal in the shape of a Thor's hammer.

Nope, cool helmet though. The ones I am thinking of were period viking type, not bargrills. Thanks though.

I doubt it, considering that he said they didn't have bargrills...

Not it, but the nasals did look quite a bit like AB Hammers though. Thanks for the replies!

meaddrinker;
No, but people want cages in there fighting helms, so I put them in. Here is one that has an interchangable visor, 1 for historic and 1 for fighting.

Oh, that's a great piece! Have you got any photos of a Conical Helmet like the type Warpiper is interested in that you made interchangable?
