bolt rivets

Hello.
In Brian Price's ToMAR on pg. 279, he shows small rivets made from nuts and bolts, and talks about them on pgs 280-81. Not the fancy file headed ones, but simple small rivets made of bolts and nuts. How do you make them?

just cut the bolt to the length you need and peen it over just like you would a rivet.You can do the same thing with nails.
