for any one in the hudsdon valley NY we have indoor fight practice in Kingston. We fight both heavy & boffer on wed eve from 6:15 -9:00 Pm

fight practice is held in the hodge center & is similiar to sca & MSR standards, very informal & fun we had 5 heavy fighters & 12 boffer fighters this week, we need you!! The season is approaching please come & train with us all skill levels & personas welcome.
