F/S: 15th C. Italian White Harness

Post by carlyle »

Just wanted to increase the exposure on the following:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 6577034903

There is a full photo essay on the harness here:

http://home.comcast.net/~courageux/whit ... ameSet.htm

Not something I do regularly, but I offered to help out the folks who made it. I have the item in my possession, and it is ready to ship as soon as the auction concludes.

Feel free to contact me for further information... Alfred / Jay

Is it just the pictures or is that a child modeling that armour?

Quote: "Nissan Maxima"
(on Pennsic) I know that movie. It is the 13th warrior. A bunch of guys in armour that doesn't match itself or anybody elses, go on a trip and argue and get drunk and get laid and then fight Tuchux.

Just the pics, II. The model is 5'11", 190lbs (me). The photographer is 5'0, 90lbs (my wife); I'm afraid her perspective skews the image somewhat

With regards.... AoC

The tall, wooden footboard makes you like a oompa loompa in shining armour. Seriously, that is some sweet armour you are selling. Good luck with the auction.

I thought it might be a child too.:) Next time try to put something else in the picture so that the viewer can get some perspective on the relative size of the armor, because it really does look childlike.

Thanks for the critique on the pictures, guys. If the harness doesn't go in this round, I'll re-shoot them -- this time, with something to help establish a better perspective (though images of a man in a rubber godzilla suit rampaging through a model of downtown Tokyo come to mind ;))... AoC
