one of my mothers friends came around to day he used to be a leather worker so he brought around his stufffor me to have play around with.
i never knew that leather carving/stamping/embossing was so danm easy!

as always one question would painting the stag with acrilic paint work?

Is that a full sized sheild done in leather? Cool.

no it isnt its about three inches high. sorry for it being so dark

Leather paints pretty much are acrylic paints, I think. Let dry very completely, then coat with a sealer. This could be as simple a thing as a coat or two of neutral shoe polish.
