Chainmaile Bracer pattern

Post by Icefire »

Does anyone have a link to a pattern to show me how to make some chainmail bracers?

try making one out of paper, and use that as the template for the shape of your maille, you should probably also make the same shape out of leather to go underneath to stop chafing, and make it better protection for getting hit. I'd guess it'd probably be something rectangular.
Godzilla vs. Megalon (1973), where it was ruled in a 7-2 decision "Megalon's emission of lightning from his horn-like appendage did not constitute a violation of Godzilla's civil rights." (from the Majority opinion)

More truncated cone, less rectangle.

YOu will find that cone-shaped ones fit, and stay put better than the old Judas Priest studded "rectangle" type.

I always just use heavy card stock (manila board) available from just about any stationary store, to pattern in.
