Efervescent rantings on metal

Post by Archie Zietman »

Hello.
This weekend, I just got a fancy new alternative energy source gas forge thingumy rigged and running for my science project, and did the first honest to god smiting o' the hot metals in a long time. Felt sooooo goood! This weekend I have no choice but to go outside and fire up to test the setup for my project, which means measuring flame length color and heat, but mostly just letting the fuel burn down, so what will I do in the meantime? Relax and do some steel pounding, finish up the blade for my friend's birthday prezzie and then put more milage on those armour hammers if I have time. By the way Brian (Rainey), I never thanked you enough for them, they are great!)
Just had to get a flow of positive excited energy onto the page about metal-ness en generale.
So there thou of it havest! :D
