Anyone making the cone shaped Germanic shield bosses? I found the ones that Jelling Dragon has, but my friend wants the deeeper cone shaped ones.

Try Mad Max, not sure if he makes one like that exactly, but he does have conicals. Jelling dragon's sure are nice though! I guess I need to start spinning metal. I haven't done that in 25 years!

I've been working on a way to make these and,I think I have came up with a pattern. I'm going to start on one tonight as a matter of fact. If every thing works out I'll post pictures of the results along with a price if anyone wants one made.
These will be hammered not spun and, will have the apex button .
Unless this turns out to be alot harder than than I expect the price will be in the $60 range.

Well, I hit a small speed bump but,it seems to be going as planed.
It will probably be next week before I get a chance to finish and post pictures .
