Any one wanna help break in my new digs?
So I built a new house and shop after Charlie knocked down the old one.and I got every thing set up and even made some spaulders with my squire brother visiting from the East.Anyone out there in central Florida got a project but need a place to work at drop me a line I am more then willing to open my shop and help ya so long as you supply your own materials and clean up your mess.I live in Haines City Fl.and am home most nights and weekends Baring fight practice and events. (oh here is the best part NO Mortage we own it free and clear!

Hey Jeff ,Ya Haines city is between Winter Haven and lakeland. I mostly do early period.I have a tool fetish too and am contemplating bidding on this. If I can find buyers for the items I can't use like the power hammer and 500# anvil.

I love the flypress I can see a lot of potential in one of those for armour.
any way I doubt I have any where near the cool shop you do every one around here speaks in hushed and reverent tones about it !:)
I always need tools , despite what my wife says.
I have been meaning to drop a line and come down some saturday for some time but building the house has taken up alot of my attention.most of what I have learned has been through much trial and a lot of error and I would love the chance to pick the brain of someone who knows what they are doing.
Tools so far
2 Anvils weight unknown
1 large coal forge
1 small coal forge
1 B2 shear
1 Punch
1 small ball stake self built
8 small stakes and stake holder
2 post vices
arcwelder
wire feed welder
1930's drill press (needs new bearings soon)
2 large bickiron stakes
1blowhorn stake
bunch a hammers( you can never have too many hammers)
bunch a tongs(same goes for tongs)
various and sundry other tools
basicly I am just starting out.
