PENNSIC Battlefield Set Up - VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Here are the schedules for Battlefield set up and the MINIMUM numbers of volunteers needed for each day.

If you are available, please lend a hand. Pennsic doesn't happen via the magic of fairies! :)

Monday August 7th 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. 15 People
12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. 15 People

Tuesday August 8th 10:00 am 10 people.

Monday August 14th Immediately following the town battle. 30 People to
clear the field of hay bales from the town battle.

Tuesday August 15th 6:30 P.M. 20 People

Wednesday August 16th Immediately following the Castle Battle 10 people.
And 6:30 P.M. 10 people

Thursday August 17th Immediately following the field 20 people. And 3:00
P.M. 20 - 30 people.

Friday August 18th Immediately following the Last Man Battle 30 people to
clear field.

Saturday August 19th 10:00 am as many as possible to help clean up the
field.

I know there was a buzz bout the folks from our household helping out with setups and such for bails...But I'm not there til the middle of war week so have no idea which battles they were planning on helpin with

As always, I will be there to help.

As a redneck gun toting cowboy I have experience lifting those really light straw bales. Unless the sweat stained nasty boss straw slouch hat and giant America muth-f*cka belt buckle didn't give that away at the steak house. :twisted:
