Feet... Need... Armour
Well are there any patterns out there? A couple of pics would be awsome, too. Also i have a few questions. One, can u punch or kick when fighting in the sca, lelgaly that is? And two, can u delibratly hit below the knee and get away with it? Thank you.

There's pics of a few different types of sabatons in the german transitional section of my site.
I'm too lazy to scan the patterns.
There is a pattern for some sabatons in the archive pattern library. You could use those. Making your own patterns is always better though if they work.
Pattern sizing for sabatons must be very precise. A little too small and they don't fit. A little too big and you've got clown shoes. Make a paper one first. Use those little paper split rivit thingies for rivits. The only real dishing necessary is the toe which can be seen without the dishing there.
Once you figure out what you're gonna do I'll be happy to answer any specific questions you've got.
Expect to screw up. I've got more "extra" parts for sabatons lying around the shop then anything elce.
