FS or Trade Lamellar (Pending Payment) and Greaves
Greetings and well met. I have some armor laying around that I am willing to sell or trade for a set of Gauntlets made from light materials excluding plastics that are SCA legal. If not make me an offer.
Lamellar: Made From 20 gauge 403 Stainless, pattern was made by Bob De Tyre. Leather is 12 ounce skirting that has been shaped, hardened with rabbit glue. Has been through Armor inspection and never had a problem. I reccomend some padding underneath. The Lamellar will expand a bit more as well as can be cinched down with a belt.
Width of Chest: 40 inches
Length Of Chest to Waist: 24 inches
Neck Diameter: 10 inches

Greaves: Made from 16 Gauge Mild strapped and ready to go. These were made by AB Armory and I attached 16 gauge Metal Wings on the side to protect the sides of the knee. Also has gone through Inspection with no problems. They have a little surface rust but they look really good.
I will even throw in some simple 16 gauge Mild Steel Elbows.
Length Ankle to Shin: 13.5 inches
Length Of Knee: 6 inches
Width of Knee including wings: 14 inches

I can make you a set out of 18 gauge tempered stainless forum them to take a good shot.
Here is a set of my demi gauntlets that I have for a good while. This are connected with leather but I can also weld a set at the wrist. I did that to mine for a little more movement.
And that is myold but loved gorget.

Shamrock Armoury
Ronnin,
If you go with Shamrock you certainly won't be sorry. He does awsome work and is a great person to deal with.
Eventhough I wish I could get some lamellar.

Shamrock, the Lammellar is sold pending payment from Lodinn. I would be interested in trade for the greaves though for some gaunts, they look really nice PM me if your still interested. Sorry for such the terrible delay on my part. If this will help you dont need to make the shiny infact the more low key thay are the better. I am presently working on a spring steel thumb to help protect my shield hand since I use a center boss shield. Those would do perfectly for me.
