Bascinet
Hello all, have an onion top bascinet with a bargrill welded on to it. I want to put a switchable latch and a roundnose klappvisor on it. My ? is, does anyone know a good place to have it done? it can be in stainless or regular steel. Thanks all, Sean chipendale

Realisticly, I think you're better off trying to sell this one and use the money as part of buying a new one with the features you want.
If the bar grill is welded to the helmet it will be ALMOST impossible, to remove, and while it is plausable to do, it's more work than any sane person would want to embark upon. With the grill welded to it, it would likely require either the sacrifice of the grill or the helm to salvage the other.

It looked better in my head....
Damnit.
