angles in a chainmail!

have a question about the angles in a 6:1 chainmail...

ive done several 4:1 mails, and in that technique its fairly easy to make the angles 45
degrees, but I'm now doin my first 6:1 and I do see a number of options here actually...

any hint would be appreciated...
