mandrake hardware?

Post by sean of the chipendales »

Does anyone know where to get sword quillons and pommels for rattan? I knew Mandrake had some, but windrose doesnt seem like they carried them over after the business sale.

Even though windrose took over mandrake, I ordered and recieved mine recently by ordering it through the mandrake website.

Sean,

We have been busy moving our shop, and trying to get caught up after a very busy summer, and the Mandrake items are being moved over at a glacial pace. Nothing has changed with the Mandrake stuff (except who you buy it from), and although we are out of a bunch of things we are still carrying everything from their rproduct line.

Right now, it is easiest to access it through the Mandrakearmory.com web site. what are you looking for?

The 9.5" hilts are IMO too big for a single handed weapon, I use them on my two handers. Try the 6" square or Viking (They work fine for later stuff too, I turn them upside down for falchions) and whatever pommel you prefer, just buy it in pewter. Weights should be listed on the web site.
