Stonekeep: We are, but we aren't, going to be at Estrella
We aren't personally going to be at any events, but we just had a merchant buy up about 1/3 of our instock to take to Estrella War.
Can't say who because it wouldnt be fair to any other merchants who carry our stuff, but its unusual for a merchant to pick up so much at a time. Will be almost like we set up a tent ourselves.[/b]

Yea, it would be nice to travel to some of these things, but if I was gone a couple weeks in mid-feb, then Im doing the guys/gals an injustice that need armor for Gulf War. I figure my place is here, making sure the armor is available. Since I cant fight anymore, it takes some of the sting out of not going..lol
Im hoping to possibly get involved in rapier fighting maybe after a year or so of getting used to this new neck.
BTW: This is an experienced merchant (group) that, again, I cant name, but if you guys patronize them heavily while at Estrella, they have proposed carrying a huge amount of our armor at the wars and other events.. So its pretty much dependant on sales as to if it will be available and expanded later.

Well most guys on here could compete in a pop quiz with pieces of armor on a table and write down who made it...lol
I believe he said he wants me to give him a bunch of cards so I can get some free advertising, so I dont think they are going to be secretive about it. We did just get in a makers stamp which is just a simple S/K which will be on a few of the pieces, but since he bought mostly instock, a good many of them wont have it. The cards laying on the table should give it away though...
I cant say what the prices will be... Volume buyers only get a very small discount since I already sell wholesale price on each piece, but they felt with our prices so low they could still sell at wars and make it worthwhile, plus YOU dont have to pay shipping and you can try stuff on. I know a lot of people buy their armor at wars because they are afraid of buying from armories online, but I dont think many people worry too much about us.
As far as I know, this will be the first time we have had armor (at least in this amount) at a war... so if you and I keep this merchant group happy, they may just carry a large portion of our products to major SCA events. They live close enough to pick-up their order which is prob very important as far as keeping the resale prices down.
So, I hope you guys who are buying at Estrella buy this group out of my armor, and they may turn around and take twice as much stock to Gulf War.
Ive always felt bad that I dont go, but with me doing a week turnaround, I just cant leave for two weeks and not be able to make armor.

Okay, I havent had anyone else contact me that they will be selling our armor at Estrella, so I can go ahead and post his contact info I spose:
Its House Falconrose merchanting, but for Estrella war they will be sharing a merchanting tent with (this may be misspelled) Zatara, Sebastian, and the Treasurenest...
Sounds like a kid's movie..lol
At Lillies War they should be under their own name, but at Gulf they said they will again be sharing a tent.
They are picking up about ten boxes of armor tomorrow to take to Estrella so I hope you guys find them and wipe them out of stock..lol
