Would somebody please make me this helm
I am looking for an armorer to make the helm in this link numbered 27. titled Kiev(2). It would have to be SCA legal.
I would like to have a full chainmail camail all the way around preferably made of the same material as the helm.

As of this time I am still undecided either to go with blued steel or stainless. I have not had much luck finding a SCA legal helm of this style.
If there is anyone interested please email me privately at griffenrs@yahoo.com
edited to clarify a bit.
Thank you
dimitrii

It looks fairly straight forward. We can do it for you in blackened stainless if you like, too.

Here is another link to better demonstrate what I am looking for.
The biggest difference in this pic is the fluting I do not want the fluting. but the nasal over the chainmail is exactly what I am looking for.

Thanks again,

Armour and Castings made mine for me, it is I believe what you are looking for and is SCA legal. If you can afford to have IceFalcon make it then do so. at the very least make sure that your chain is either welded or riveted as it will die on you.

I'd done a similar one probably... 2-3 years ago, but no longer have the photos of it. Windows helped me clean up some disk space.
Anyway.
I think you're problem isn't so much that no one WILL make it, just that not a lot of people have made them. They're obscure enough that having one done up as an 'in-stock' item would be a bit of a gamble for the armorer. It would sit on the shelf for a while, where something else would fly out the door.

It looked better in my head....
Damnit.
Damnit.

Dmitriy from the West has had a helmet like that. He posts here from time to time as Dmitriy, and he may have an idea where to get one.
Here he is in his:
