...oh my.

Nope. No indications since his WTB post on the 1st.

And for the other folks...

I'm working out of Dawnavan's Keep now.

Steve no longer lives conveniently 10 miles from me. He's about 3 1/2 hours (on dry pavement or w/o tourists in motorhomes) out of town so my phone calls and e-mail are at the same effectiveness as everyone else's.

Not that I don't enjoy everyone's notes to me looking for him. While not quite as nice as the notes from people sending me money for helmets, chainmmail, and my book they still beat ads for Enzyte or Nigerian trust funds. Image

Lulach:

I'd have much more faith in you if you han't posted all but one of your posts with this exact wording. I'm sure you're concerned as is anyone who hasn't recieved their stuff, but if you're a board member, I'd appreciate if you didn't make up a new identity to do this.

If you're not a member and you just joined up for the sole purpose of keeping tabs on Wombat, feel free to look up his recent posts in his profile. Above and beyond that, e-mails and private messages are a simple way to attempt to get into contact with him. Also, welcome to the archive. Might I ask what your beef with Wombat is?
It's up to you now.

Most likely the same "beef" many of Wombat's customers have. Steve takes your money ... makes promises and rarely delivers before moving onto the next sucker, err ... customer.

Ohhh and welcome to the Archive Lulach! :D

Fair enough. I've started to see a trend in this whole Wombat thing. It seems he's made a helm that he claims to be Japanese in the past few months. Well, it could be Japanese if you closed your eyes real hard and pretended.

Sorry, cranky. Trying to get into really nice college. Previous college experiences aren't helping me any.
