You know these ads for fancy expensive sportcars, with scantly dressed ladies draped over the car to make it more attractive and sell more?
Well... The concept must have been a couple of centuries older than the car, as seen on this painting in the Alte Pinakotek in Munich, by Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640), "Die kronung des Tugendhelden":
