Who is the maker? Is it SCA legal? What size melon will it fit?

How big is your own melon that fit inside it? I usually look for "will fit a head of X size" heh

I have a small head. I had probably 3/4 of an inch of padding all the way around inside and it was still a bit loose on me.

Made by Beathen at armour and castings. Added the bar grill, and spring pin closure myself.
And yes its SCA legal.

(on Pennsic) I know that movie. It is the 13th warrior. A bunch of guys in armour that doesn't match itself or anybody elses, go on a trip and argue and get drunk and get laid and then fight Tuchux.

more pics may take awhile, the camera battery is dead and we cant find the dang charger. Its not padded so it may look a bit funny on someones head.

Here is a link to the original post shows it on my head with the visor open.

Can you post a pic of it sitting on your (Small?) head with the eyeslot at eye level, and the visor down?

Does the chinstrap have 4 anchor points?

How is the coverage of the side of the neck? From the photos it looks a bit dubious. (Happy to be proved wrong)

What kind of gorget do you use?

Sorry to be picky, but Drachenwald has pretty stern armour standards compared to many kingdoms.
