Mom In need of help wtb helm

Post by new penny »

My son is new in sca (like his Mom)and just begun heavy training. Among the gear he needs is a helm. He has a large head and I was hoping to find a used one. He is creating an Irish persona of later period. Could someone give an idea of cost and if any are available?

Thank you

I have 3 helms I'm looking to unload one is an armet the other is a "Vikingesque" spundome helm..

Armet style helm $150 plus shipping
Vikingesque helm $75 plus shipping.
Also a "Not quite ready for sugarloaf with a bargrill" $75

All will fit a bigger melon...

I second this. If I was new all over again I would go to Hjalmr in a heartbeat.
