Would like to get some quotes on this helm. Exactly. Same lines, same shapes. Only difference would be a SCAgrill to go on it interchangable.
To be up front, I would like to get it by May and want it to look
exactly as pictured, not an SCAized version or economy/approxomate version.
Thanks!

Contact Luther/Brent at Anshelm Arms. He said he would like to talk to you about this commission.

For those of us eyes for the future... when the particulars get figured out can you post a rough cost?
Doesn't have to be exact but I'd love to know how much something like that runs.
thanks

I just sent pics of the same helm to Mad Matt. He is thinking about making one of these.

Everyone thinking about it should make one. It would be a cool AoTM subject.

It is a Coburg bascinet. The best one I have seen is the repro that Mac made for Eduoard Beausoliel. I have never seen him wear it, either.

I'd love to do it for you but I don't think my skills are up to getting it exactly right. Wouldn't be able to guarantee the delivery date either.
Guess I'll just have to build one for myself.

I'll echo the recommendation for Luther, something like this is right up his alley!

I am contacting the people who have expressed interest.
The time frame is kinda important because I want to use it for the Middle Crown tourney in spring (I have replaced most of my 14th C gear, but can't find a helm that I like because I'm a picky snobby armor slut when it comes to armor), and MUST have it for the Combat of the Thirty at Pennsic War.
Also, I really am looking for the helm to look exactly as the picture. That narrows the field a bit of where I can get it from.
