Shawn from Bronze Lion has made several items for me and for members of my group (he's local to us) including helmets, shield bosses, gauntlets, spearheads, knives and seaxes, swords, etc. He does beautiful work.

I own several items from Bronze Lion, and you should too. Five thumbs up.

From looking at the website they make beautiful stuff. If they would ever reply to emails and order requests I would order from them. The one reply I ever got from them came 6 weeks later after I had purchased from another more 'commercial' site.

I'd much prefer to buy from a shop like Red Lion.

Okay,

Edited. It was brought to my attention that I should not air dirty laundry. I may have been somewhat hasty in posting this part of my topic. SO... I will just say that I have kept my part of the deal and it still is left to be seen whether someone else keeps theres. I will post a conclusion one way or the other.

I dont want to be thought of as someone hard to deal with. Many on here know I am a man of my given word.

My experiance with bronze lion was fine. No troubles or hassles. Very resonable prices. Now if only Shawn will start producing rebated steel bearded and Danish great axe heads. ah needs me some axes!

RR> That's too bad. I know multiple people (both local and afar) who have bought from Shawn (some of them multiple times) and were happy with his customer service and product.

I would like to report that I did receive a refund money order in full today along with a nasty gram informing me my business was no longer welcome. I still have no idea where I went wrong as a customer. I mailed payment promptly and waited more then was told for the product.

thanks
