It's beautiful, Your Grace, but things are tough for many right now. People that might have previously "used their rent money" to get something, don't even have that rent money. Others, who have surplus, have a lot less surplus than before.

I have my own business and am working 30% harder for 20% less money. Just life, right now. *shrug*
