I just finished a nice piece of tablet woven trim. Tablet weaving is more work than inkle weaving (more sheds) and is appropriate for Viking era or other early period use. This one is cotton, 100 warp threads, approximately one inch wide and approximately ten feet in length. It took me many many hours to weave this. The photo shows both front and back sides, as their pattern differs, but either side could be used in front.
I'll run the auction through the end of the day Wednesday, starting bid $25, buyer to pay $5 shipping on top of the auction amount or actual amount if outside the U.S. Any questions, just ask me.

Yes, the edges are black and the pattern is mostly red, white, and blue. There are a couple black warp threads in the center sections but they are not very visible; they show up in the center of the red lozenge shapes that run to each side of the middle, on the top side as shown in the photo. The weft thread also is black and it shows through as small dark flecks that are perpendicular to the warp.
