WTB custom pendant

I have a fairly simple pendant design, but am completely lacking in skills and tools to make it for myself. I'd given a jeweler/metalworker within the SCA the design and a couple of ounces of silver in trade for the pendant, but it's been about a year now.

While I'm not giving up on that front, I'd rather have the pendant sooner than later.

The design is simple (about 1.5" or so, and no tooling beyond cutting it out), and I'd want it out of silver, but don't know of anyone I could talk to in order to make it happen. Any suggestions?

Who's the SCA jeweler you went through? Did they at least refund the money and silver, or have they dropped off the face of the earth between then and now?

It's a friend I chose to do business with, and I'm working that part out on my own. Just wanted people to be forewarned about me having questions and issues regarding payment, prepayment and delivery.
