Try Windrose armoury, they have a new DIY kit for leather demi gauntlets.

$40 a pair. Thick but non hardened leather, speed rivets, and leather thong. I bought a pair at Gulf Wars and put them together onsite. They work pretty well. Kind of tricky to get all the holes to line up for the cuff, but worth the $40 I paid for them.

I just put them on the site yesterday. We have figured out that they are alot easier to assemble if you work out from the middle rivet. I started at one end on one and had some trouble, but they go together pretty easy the other way.

would you consider offering these for people who only need one demi gauntlett. the pattern looks pretty universal, do you just flip the leather for right / left hand?
