WTB Inexpensive Munitions Grade Bascinet

Post by Proxus »

Ok,

I have a newb with $100.00 burning a whole in his pocket. A while back someone had posted a munitions grade Bascinet for around that price. If anyone knows where I can get one reasonably close to this amount please let me know. I am willing to pay his shipping costs. He may be able to afford a little more. He has new legs recently ordered but really has no idea where he wants to go with persona so I thought that would be an overall safe bet as he develops his persona. He is SO totally ready to authorize and this last step will allow him to get on the field.

Any takers or ideas?

Also check out the $125. in stock bascinets from: http://www.illusionarmoring.com/

I usually use a stainless version and it is a good tough helm but it will need vervelles and an aventail which can cost more than the helm.

http://www.zenwarriorarmory.com/ has a descent stainless fixed face bascinet for $215.00.

Or:

http://www.fsmd.com.au/equipment/Helm/Bascinet.jpg but they need a little work to be legal apparently.
