What's the story with the Ukrainian Grand Bascinets?

So recently the following three helmets have been listed for sale (note that I bought one and love it!):

These helmets are clearly all different helmets, but they are also strikingly similar, and all for sale in the Ukraine. Are these helmets all made by the same person? Did the three of you make them together at a
grand bascinet making bee? What's the story?

Most of the Ukranian Armourers learned from the same fellow I'm willing to bet

If i'm not wrong (and i might well be), then they used to work together, but don't anymore...but they still use the same patterns...

Most likely all these helms origin from the same town in Ukraine where a very good workshop is located. The men working there leave as they decide they have learned some skills enough to work on their own. So they become working individually but use the same patterns they learned at the very first place of work.
P.S. They as well may make some stuff for themselves being yet in staff of the workshop when they have free time or smth. like that.

I absolutely consider myself fortunate in the helmet I purchased, and intend to buy more armour in the future.

I want to say that, there are not so many historical
Grand Bascinets made in that style, so no wonder that they are similar.

I don't think anyone is complaining, folks.
The helm style is unusual enough here that it's remarkable to see one - let alone three! But I for one enjoy seeing the work, so keep it up!

Those helms are beautiful! I really shouldn't buy one right now, but when they come out in stainless I might end up kitting up my son in a 14th century kit.
